Our company BeALinker is powered by Verza Holdings, a company based in San Antonio, TX. All rights reserved on copy of content, images, or function of our system.
According to law, participants or future members of BeALinker must be of legal age of at least 18 years. By accepting these terms and conditions, they are declaring that they are of legal age.
Partial or total reproduction of any idea, content, images of our site and/or system is prohibited.
BeALinker is not a pyramid system or multi-level business. Therefore, members do not generate or receive any compensation for sharing or inviting others to be part of our system.
Commissions generated by direct referral of the products or services of our suppliers are generated only at the closing of the transaction and not only for carrying out or initiating communication between the parties involved.
Product or service providers, by accepting our Terms and Conditions, undertake to provide quality services and products, offer the agreed discount, and maintain communication with our customer service department.
Mandatory Job Completion Reporting
Providers are obligated to report the job as completed on the BeALinker platform once they have received payment from the client for the service rendered. This includes entering the total job amount accurately in the system.
Failure to report job completion may result in:
A 5% service fee is automatically charged to the provider's registered payment method upon job completion. This fee is non-refundable and covers BeALinker's platform, lead matching, and notification services.
Important Notice
BeALinker does not assume any responsibility for the quality, timeliness, or outcome of any work, service, or product provided by service providers to clients.
BeALinker acts solely as a referral and lead-matching platform connecting linkers, clients, and service providers. BeALinker is not a party to any agreement between the provider and the client.
BeALinker shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, losses, disputes, property damage, personal injury, or any other liabilities arising from or related to the services performed by providers. All work is performed at the sole risk and responsibility of the provider and the client.
BeALinker system reserves the right to admit or discard any person who wishes or is part of our system based on our criteria.
The members or participants of our system are part of it only as independent sales agents, not generating any employment relationship with our company. The independent sales representatives themselves agree to take their tax responsibility.
BeALinker does not guarantee the success of any independent representative since it will depend on the dedication and effort that each individual dedicates.
By accepting these terms and conditions, the person who wishes to be part of this system agrees and understands all the previous terms, for which he accepts and declares that he will not be able to proceed legally for any reason against our company or our companies involved.
